Registration is now open! Please click the “Register Now” button to access our registration form. You will be asked to create or access your registration account. If you need to step away at any point during registration, it will save your information for you to return and complete later.

Standard Rate - $1600 per person

Registration passes include ALL of the content we’ve put together for you May 6 – 9, 2024. Access to hands on labs, breakout sessions, thought leaders of our industry, keynote speakers, and networking time with peers and our partners. It also includes any conference meals which will be listed in our agenda.

YES! We are happy to offer a discount for 3 or more colleagues from the same organization who register at the same time. Please reach out to your Varicent contact for more details or email events@varicent.com for more information. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

We understand that things come up – if you let us know you need to cancel before March 1, 2024, we are happy to refund your registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee. Beginning on March 2, 2024, we will only be able to honor registration transfers to someone from the same organization.

Once you have registered for the conference, your confirmation email will include a link to the hotel booking site. We have a discounted rate of $329/ night single occupancy plus local taxes and fees.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

The hotel is approximately a 20–30-minute ride from Boston Logan International Airport. Taxis and ride share programs are plentiful from the airport.
